Program overview
What participants can expect
Reclaiming Freedom from Addictions & Substances is a cognitive-based, evidence-informed, experiential recovery curriculum. It recognizes that recovery can involve physical health, emotional wellness, relationships, employment, accountability, and a safe return to community—not substance use alone.
Participants receive practical education, guided reflection, and coping tools that complement clinical treatment and peer support. The curriculum can also help family members better understand addiction and respond to a loved one with healthier boundaries and informed support.
